My Cottage Days are back again.. Finally, I'm at my dream vacation home, the Cottage. It's a very refreshing feeling to see all my pet trees and blooming plants in the backyard and front yard.

Woke up early in the morning after a relaxing sleep hearing the sounds of nightly rain. With a cup of tea, I'm at my roof top terrace, which overlooked my picturesque village. I could hardly see the distant view of once beautiful river where we used to swim in our childhood days.

Everything in the Cottage, koel's coo-ooh coo-ooh song in the early morning, chirping of birds and squirrels all around the house, beautiful view of neighborhood homes, glimpse of morning walkers, workers, school kids getting ready for the day. Many of them are familiar faces and some gave beautiful smile or hand wave from far. Really nostalgic feeling..

Sitting at the spacious balcony, enjoying the cool summer breeze thru the nutmeg trees at the backyard is relaxing and refreshing. For a vacation destination, it's a Charming Bungalow in Paradise, and the Cottage Days begins here...

The idea of Cottage Days was based on a concept of building a serene environment for having relaxing and memorable vacation days near to Cochin in Kerala. Various attributes are added to this concept over a period of time to shape up in its current form.

A luxurious villa 'The Cottage' and couple of Cottage Days farms (CD-Farms) having variety of fruit trees, spices, nutmeg trees, coconut and areca palms are contributing to this novel idea.

Waterfront view apartment in the city provides easy access to absolutely gorgious Cochin city life.

We are also planning to develop and market residential real estate properties in the close proximity of city and its suburbs in the near future..
